Farm Property Improvements:

• Planted roughly 46 deciduous trees
• Planted roughly 40 coniferous trees
• Installed and post and 4 rail fence for an 80ft x 160ft sand arena
• Installed a post and 5 rail fence for a 70ft round pen
• Installed a 4 rail patten fence with a 10ft diamond gate,70ft x 120ft for a quarantine paddock inside which is a vintage log structure with dirt floor
• Installed a 4 rail patten fence with a 10ft diamond gate, 140ft x 600ft grazing paddock inside which is a
  newly built 10ft x 15ft shelter with a wood floor
• Installed a 4 rail patten fence with three 10ft diamond gates, 140ft x 600ft draughty horse paddock
  inside which is a newly built 10ft x 20ft shelter with wood floor
• Installed a 4 rail patten fence with two 10ft diamond gates and one 20ft diamond gate, 110ft x 140ft
  sand paddock. Inside here is a newly built 15ft x 29ft lean to with gravel floor covered with rubber mats
  that is attached to the barn
• There is also a 23ft x 24ft run in shelter with dirt floor covered by rubber stall mats which is part of the
  barn
• Installed a 4 rail patten fence with two 10ft diamond gates, 140ft x 210ft pony paddock inside which is a
  newly built 10ft x 12ft shelter with a wood floor
• Installed a 4 rail patten fence with two 10ft diamond gates, 60ft x 310ft donkey paddock inside which is
  a 16ft x 18ft shelter/barn with a wood and concrete floor
• Installed a 4 rail patten fence with three 10ft diamond gates, 60ft x 310ft second donkey paddock with a
  12ft x 24ft shelter with wood and concrete floor
• Installed a 52ft x 75ft goat pen with 6in x 10ft peeled cedar posts with 6ft x 10ft no climb fence
• Rebuilt the back wall of the barn, reinforced part of the main floor barn ceiling, spray foam insulated
• Built four luxury horse stalls and three smaller stalls for sheep etc
• Built six storage lockers
